Our membership manager just waddled in from her tasting of the food for the 10th Anniversary Party. Why we sent a picky eater like her to do a tasting is anyone’s guess, but off she went. I didn’t hear her mention anything about the entrée, but heard her murmuring “chocolate” for 45 minutes after her return. It turns out that the dessert bar for the after-party was her favorite – chocolate-covered strawberries, dessert shots, mini-cupcakes, and a shortcake bar. Who needs dinner with all that?
